Artificial intelligence already does almost everything. It writes, designs, codes, answers.
What it doesn’t do is decide.
The “almost” is what costs you, and that’s exactly where 6PS works. For 25 years we’ve decided what technology should do and what it shouldn’t. So the call doesn’t come down to mood, or deadline pressure, or luck, every project that leaves here answers six questions before it ships.
They’re the reason the company is called 6PS. They aren’t values. They’re criteria.
1. People
Who uses this, and who decides when the AI gets it wrong?
Technology nobody adopts, or nobody supervises, is cost by another name.
2. Planet
What does what we’re building cost, and who answers for it?
Every model burns energy, every piece of data has an owner, and every automated decision needs someone accountable for it.
3. Prosperity
Where’s the return, and how will we measure it?
If you can’t say in one line what changes in the business, it isn’t a project yet. It’s an idea.
4. Practicality
Can somebody run and maintain this two years from now?
What only works with the people who built it nearby isn’t a solution. It’s a dependency.
5. Plurality
Are we locked into one vendor, one model, one tool?
Today’s best model is tomorrow’s legacy, and the architecture has to survive the swap.
6. Personalization
Was this made for this client, or is it the generic one with the logo changed?
AI knows the average answer. Our job is to know yours.
Six questions. Not one of them is about technology.
That’s why, at 6PS, “done right, once” isn’t a promise. It’s a process.
